I am a Sonora native.  I attended Sonora Elementary and Sonora High Schools.  What a wonderful community to grow up in!  After graduating in 1992 I went to work for Sonora Insurance full-time as a personal lines customer service representative and received my property & casualty license in 1993 and continued as a personal lines agent until 1996.  I married and moved to Monterey County where I briefly worked for Verga Peninsula Insurance as a commercial lines agent until my first child was born.  By 2000 I was back at Sonora Insurance as a commercial lines agent.  Most of my free time is spent with my family and at their sporting events or at the lake.  I am blessed to have a wonderful home and work environment.

My family has deep roots in this community.  Born and raised here in Sonora and graduating from Sonora High School in 1969 means I have seen the transformation of our little mountain town to what it is today.  After graduation I moved to San Jose to work at Allstate Insurance.  I moved back to Sonora in 1977 and have been here since.  I started with Sonora Insurance in 1990.  I have 3 daughters and 5 grandchildren.  I enjoy vacationing with my family and love my co-workers.

I was born in Southern California and moved with my family to Sonora in 1974.  I attended my junior and senior years at Sonora High School and worked after school for a local insurance agency.  I filed, processed mail and got a taste of the insurance industry.  It was also there that I met Buzz McCown, his daughter Tina and Denise Homer.  Little did I know that I would be working with them again.

After graduation I completed courses at Columbia College and played volleyball.  Then in March of 1978 I married my husband Bill and went on to have a son and daughter.  By 1983 my mother had started a Farmers Agency and I went to work for her as a customer service representative.  There I received my insurance license and began working full time as a personal lines agent.  In 2002 my mother sold her business and retired.  I left insurance for several months only to find out that I missed working with the public.  In 2003 I was back working with Buzz, Tina and Denise and was happy to be in a place where I felt like I was working with family again.

My weekends are filled spending time with my grandkids, going on bike rides with my husband and friends, working in the yard and cooking.
